Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1¾ dl sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 2 dl flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla powder
- 1 dl milk
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 175C
- Mix the eggs, sugar and butter with an electric mixer until creamy.
- Sift in the flour, baking powder cocoa powder and vanilla powder.
- Beat somewhat well.
- Then add the milk. Beat really well.
- Put batter into a buttered cake pan.
- Bake at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
